Waterfront Specific Plan Webinar #2

Join us to discuss design standards for commercial development and parking at the Berkeley waterfront.

This webinar is an opportunity to learn and provide input on the Waterfront Specific Plan. The Plan will create a path for achieving a financially self-sustainable, publicly owned marina that preserves and enhances infrastructure to support current and future community needs, while adapting to climate change and promoting environmental stewardship.

During this focus group, we will discuss design standards for commercial development and parking. Please note that no development is being considered at Cesar Chavez Park in the Specific Plan process.
