Today marks the eleventh anniversary of the murder of Tobias “Toby” Eagle. On the afternoon of March 8th 2011, Tobias “Toby” Eagle was found unresponsive in a backyard in the Blake Street/McGee Avenue neighborhood—shot to death by unknown suspect(s). Detectives believe there are individuals with information about this case and are asking for their help. Even the smallest detail could be critical in solving this crime.
