The City of Berkeley is soliciting written proposals from qualified firms or individuals to analyze and provide recommendations on the appropriate application, structure, implementation and procurement of Measure E funds to provide emergency services and incidental case management for severely physically disabled persons for the City of Berkeley. As a Request for Proposal (RFP) this is not an invitation to bid and although price is very important, other factors will be taken into consideration.

The project scope, content of proposal, and vendor selection process are summarized in the RFP. Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 pm, on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. Proposals are to be sent via email with the “MEASURE E ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATIONS” and Specification No. 22-11516 clearly indicated in the subject line of the email. Please submit one (1) PDF of the technical proposal. Corresponding pricing proposal shall be submitted as a separate document.
