The streets or sidewalks listed below are currently impacted by construction work or other closures.

N-Lot Parking is located along Seawall Drive on the north side of University Avenue. This parking lot serves Skates on the Bay restaurant patrons, N Dock slip holders, and other recreational users.	09/16/26 - 09/25/26	Portions of the N-Lot will be closed intermittently throughout the construction period. Please refer to posted signs for alternative parking locations and allowable hours. Road work to repave and restripe Seawall Drive north of University Avenue will occur the week of September 21st. Traffic will be delayed due to construction activities, detours, and intermittent road closures. Follow posted signs and flagger instructions for detours through the area. Vehicular access to Skates Restaurant and the Berkeley Yacht club will generally be maintained during construction except on 9/24 as described below. Seawall Drive north of Skates Restaurant will be subject to a full closure on Thursday, September 24th from approximately 6 am to 10 am. During this time, the road will be closed to all vehicles. Vehicular access to O-Lot parking and the Berkeley Yacht Club will not be possible during the closure. Please plan accordingly. Alternate overnight parking for slip holders will be available at the N and M Lots. Barring any unforeseen circumstance, vehicular access will be restored by 10 am on Thursday.
