Parking Tickets

Pay your City of Berkeley parking ticket online, by phone, or in person at the Customer Service Center.

Pay parking ticket online

To pay your parking ticket online, visit the payment portal and enter your citation number or your vehicle information.

To pay by phone, call (855) 435-7112 and enter your citation number.

To pay in person, visit the Customer Service Center.

Payment plans for low-income individuals

If you are low-income, you can apply for a payment plan for unpaid citations. You qualify if you within the Federal poverty guidelines or if you receive public benefits such as SNAP. For more details on eligibility, see the second page of the Application and Guidelines.

For any parking tickets issued since July 1, 2018, you must submit a payment plan request within 120 days of receiving the ticket or within 10 days of an administrative hearing decision, whichever is later. You can submit a payment plan request for any unpaid tickets you have from before July 1, 2018.

The payment plan will allow you to pay your ticket in monthly payments over the next 24 months. The City will charge a $5 administrative fee that will be added to your payment plan balance.
