The Finance Customer Service Center is where community members can go to make various in-person payments and obtain general information about City services. Residents can obtain or renew Residential Preferential Parking (RPP) annual permits, purchase visitor parking permits, pay refuse bills, purchase extra trash bags, order dumpsters, obtain animal licenses, pay parking citations, contest parking citations and pay most other City bills. Businesses can also obtain or renew business licenses and pay most other City bills.
Finance Customer Service New Hours - Starting Monday, September 11, 2023, Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. To improve customer satisfaction, the Finance Customer Service Center is aligning its hours with other City services.
