Visit the Finance Customer Service Center to make various in-person payments and obtain general information about City services. Residents can obtain or renew Residential Preferential Parking (RPP) annual permits, purchase visitor parking permits, pay refuse bills, purchase extra trash bags, obtain animal licenses, pay parking citations, contest parking citations and pay most other City bills. Businesses can also obtain or renew business licenses and pay most other City bills.
