• Successful bidders will be required to submit a $500.00 fully refundable deposit (NO PERSONAL CHECKS) to the City of Berkeley Marina, until the vessel is removed from Berkeley Marina after the 10-day wait period
• Vessel schedule subject to change prior to auction
• All vessels sold “WHERE IS, AS IS”; vessels do not have a berth at Berkeley Marina and must be removed immediately after 10-day wait period
• Do not board any vessel – you will be trespassing
