Join us for a free, year-long gardening workshop series at the West Berkeley Family Wellness Center. No experience needed!
Help cultivate a community garden by planting edible crops and pollinator-friendly flowers while gaining hands-on experience in gardening throughout the seasons.
When: Every 2nd Friday of the month, 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Workshops will cover topics including:
- Planting and seasonal garden care
- Composting and soil health
- Watering techniques
- Harvesting fruits, vegetables, and flowers
- Supporting pollinators and local biodiversity
- Building community through shared stewardship
All tools provided. Sessions take place outdoors, so please dress for the weather and wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty.
