Join us at the West Berkeley Family Wellness Center to explore the connection between nature, creativity, and well-being in this free family-friendly workshop.
Participants will use nature-inspired art and crafting as tools for self-expression, reflection, mindfulness, and meaningful conversations. Through hands-on activities using natural materials, families will have an opportunity to explore emotions, build connection, and reflect on change and resilience. Materials will be provided.
Audience: Families, including caregivers, children, and teens
