Create customized visualization tools inspired by fandoms, games, stories, and personal interests at the West Berkeley Family Wellness Center.
Participants will create and practice three resources - a Container, Protective Barrier, and Transformation/Power-Up - designed to support emotional regulation, boundaries, attention, and access to internal strengths.

Parents & Youth (14+)
Learning Objectives:
Participants will be able to:
- Describe how visualization and resourcing can support emotional regulation, attention, boundaries, and accessing internal strengths.
- Create and practice three personalized visualization resources.
- Identify situations in which each resource may be useful and adapt these tools to fit individual needs and preferences.
