Get ready to sing, dance, play, and learn! Join us at the West Berkeley Family Wellness Center for a free, interactive music and movement program designed for young children ages 0-5 and their caregivers.
Through original songs, playful puppet characters, music, and movement, children will explore healthy habits in a fun and engaging environment. Each class introduces age-appropriate health topics while giving little ones the opportunity to express themselves, build confidence, and connect with their caregivers through music and play.
What to Expect

- Dancing, movement games, and playful activities

Everyone is Welcome
Classes can be offered in English, Spanish, or both. Older siblings and additional family members are welcome to join!
