The Frances Albrier Community Center features space that can be reserved and rented by community members. Spaces include:
- Social Hall suitable for large groups or meetings.
- Stage for presentations to an audience of 200 people.
- Arts and Crafts Room suitable for meetings, classes and creative activities for up to 40 people.
- Multi-Purpose Room for parties and small group activities of up to 40 people.
- Kitchen with a commercial stove and oven.
A landscaped patio is surrounded by rooms that form a unique courtyard. Barbecue pits are located in the patio and park areas.

Programs marked with an asterisk* have been relocated from the MLK Jr./YAP Community Center during seismic retrofit and renovations.

Together Wee Play
A fun exciting place for children and caregivers to play! All children must be supervised by an adult.
- Ages 1-4 (must be accompanied by an adult)
- Ongoing (January - May)
- Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30am - 12:00 pm
