Becky Temko Tot Park is a small, fully fenced playground designed for toddlers and young children can safely explore, climb, and play. Located in Southwest Berkeley, it offers a a calm neighborhood space designed with little ones and their caregivers in mind.

Kids can enjoy a two-level slide, a spinning tea cup, and a sand pit with an interactive water feature. Stone cat sculptures add a playful touch. Two baby bucket swings offer a gentle ride for the youngest visitors.

Shaded seating areas include picnic tables and a bench near the entrance. The playground surface combines rubber mat, sand, grass, and concrete. Parking is available on Roosevelt Avenue. There is no restroom on-site.

Renamed in 1998 to honor community leader Becky Temko, the park remains a well-cared-for space thanks to neighborhood involvement and a major renovation completed in 2018.
