Terrace View Park is a tree-filled neighborhood park with three terraced levels of play areas, open lawns, and shaded seating. It’s a place for both active play and quiet relaxation.
The upper level includes a fenced tot playground with swings, a slide, a tube, and a sandbox where young children can play safely. A hillside concrete slide, often used with cardboard, adds a unique play feature. Nearby swings for older children and exercise bars provide options for all ages.
Lower levels offer a basketball court for casual games and a picnic area with a grill for family gatherings. Open grassy areas and tall redwood trees create shaded spaces for play or rest, and a drinking fountain is available. The park is dog-friendly, welcoming leashed pets.
Street parking is available on Fairlawn Drive, which includes accessible ramps. The top level is the only fully accessible area. A dirt parking lot at the Queens Road entrance connects to lower park with steeper paths.
