Ashby BART West Lot

Planning is underway to re-imagine the Ashby BART station as a vibrant place that includes housing, open space and community amenities. Both Ashby and North Berkeley BART sites are owned by the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART). In June 2025, BART selected the Adeline Alliance Partners to reimagine the Ashby West Lot. The project team is working to design and develop 3 affordable housing projects as part of a Transit-Oriented Development, in collaboration with other development partners.
