Report a missed trash or recycling collection

Please use the form below to report a missed pickup of your trash, recycling, or compost bins.

Missed pickups must be reported no later than 5:00 pm the business day following the missed pick up.

If reporting a police, fire, medical, or other emergency, please call 911 immediately. If reporting a Public Works emergency (e.g., sewer overflow, traffic signal outage, fallen trees, toxic spill, etc) please call (510) 981-6620.
