Take a deep dive into the first steps that will help prepare you and your family to handle any disaster in the Bay Area and Berkeley.

Learn from real-life experiences to gain a deeper understanding of disaster stress and prepare for emergencies.

Key topics include:

  • Help survivors, civilian responders, and others cope with extreme stress after a disaster 
  • Hear personal accounts from people who have helped during disasters 
  • Learn how to prepare yourself, your loved ones, and neighbors for emergencies
