Take a deep dive into the first steps that will help prepare you and your family to handle any disaster in the Bay Area and Berkeley.
Learn from real-life experiences to gain a deeper understanding of disaster stress and prepare for emergencies.
Key topics include:
- Help survivors, civilian responders, and others cope with extreme stress after a disaster
- Hear personal accounts from people who have helped during disasters
- Learn how to prepare yourself, your loved ones, and neighbors for emergencies
