Join the West Berkeley Kitchen Club for free hands-on cooking classes designed to help you prepare healthy, affordable, and delicious meals.
In this 10-week series, you'll learn practical cooking techniques, meal planning strategies, food safety basics, and nutrition tips while creating recipes in a fun, supportive environment.
Whether you're brand new to cooking or looking to expand your skills, these interactive classes offer something for everyone. You'll also discover creative ways to reduce food waste, save money on groceries, and make the most of fresh ingredients. Come cook, learn, and connect with others in your community - no experience required!
Classes will be held every Wednesday from 3:00–5:00 PM, August 5 through October 7. Registration is required.
If your plans change and you’re unable to attend, please cancel your registration as soon as possible. Space is limited to 12 participants, and canceling helps us keep spots available for others who would like to join.
Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the class.
