2136-2154 San Pablo Avenue 04/17/2022 The proposed project consists of a six-story mixed-use building with 123 residential dwelling units and three Live/Work units located on the ground floor.
2213 Fourth Street and 787 Bancroft Way 04/17/2022 TheLAB Parking Structure is located east of Fourth Street and west of Fifth Street between Allston Way and Bancroft Way. The proposed Parking Structures will be primarily used for employee parking for the adjacent office and lab uses. The structure will span the entire width of the existing block between Fourth and Fifth Street and occurs roughly midblock between Allston and Bancroft Ways.
2801 Adeline Street 04/15/2022 The Berkeley Collection will be two separate infill sites and consist of a new seven-story mixed use building at the current Walgreens site located at 2801 Adeline Street; and a new six-story mixed use building at the current True Value Hardware and Model Garage site located at 2900-2920 Shattuck Avenue.
