WHAT'S HAPPENING
This is a Measure T1 Phase 2 project.
The Corporation Yard serves as a central hub for hundreds of City employees who work to deliver essential services and help maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-functioning community for residents, visitors, and commuters.
This project includes a series of improvements across multiple Corporation Yard facilities, including pavement and site drainage upgrades, roof repairs, electrical and mechanical system improvements, and renovations to restrooms, training areas, and locker rooms.
The City celebrated the project’s completion with a community ribbon-cutting ceremony on May 21, 2026 for the Green Room, Building H Upgrades, and Wash Station improvements.
