North Berkeley Bart Stations
WHAT'S HAPPENING
Planning is underway to re-imagine the Ashby and North Berkeley BART stations as vibrant places that include housing, open space and community amenities. Both sites are owned by the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART). In June 2025, BART selected the Adeline Alliance Partners to reimagine the Ashby West Lot. The project team is working to design and develop 3 affordable housing projects as part of a Transit-Oriented Development, in collaboration with other development partners.
