WHAT'S HAPPENING
This is a Measure T1 Phase 2 project.
This project will replace existing traffic barriers, known as bollards, with landscaped planter boxes at locations throughout the City.
Three sites have been identified for this project: Woolsey/Hillegass, Fulton/Ashby, and Harmon/California. The project is in design and construction will begin in early 2026.
