Oh my ghost! Frances Albrier's annual Halloween Parade and Costume Contest is back to stir up some shrieks in the neighborhood. The Frances Albrier Performing Arts After School will lead the group promptly at 4:00pm with a parade around the park and then the costume contest will begin afterwards on the basketball courts. Costume contest categories include Scariest, Cutest, and Most Creative (for five age brackets) and a coordinated family costume category.
