Berkeley has several commercial district associations that provide support to local businesses.
Berkeley’s commercial district associations support local businesses by enhancing the neighborhood shopping experience. Each association provides different services, but may include marketing, event planning, holiday decorations, policy advocacy, and other activities that improve neighborhood safety, cleanliness, and walkability. If you want to start a new association or have questions about an existing one, contact the Office of Economic Development at oedmailbox@berkeleyca.gov.
