D & E Dock Replacement Project

The City of Berkeley invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the D & E Dock Replacement Project. Sealed bids will be received at the City of Berkeley/Finance Department/General Services Division, 2180 Milvia Street, 3rd Floor, Berkeley, CA 94704 until 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 14, 2024.

Submission Details:
Bids must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Contract Documents. Bidders are advised to review these documents thoroughly before submitting their bid.

Scope of Work:

Replacement of Marina Docks D & E, including demolition of existing docks, procurement and installation new dock float system, gangway, concrete piling, utilities and ancillary work in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents.
