Cedar Rose Park Playground Renovation

The Cedar Rose Park Playground Renovation Project aims to renovate the children's play areas within the park and make associated site improvements. 

Initial conceptual designs were presented at community meetings in 2023. Based on the feedback and input we heard, we presented final concepts at a third community meeting in late 2024. The preferred concept has been refined and detailed design and permitting are underway. 

The ages 5-12 playground  (located on the north side of the park along Rose St) will be constructed first. This upcoming phase of construction will include replacement of the playground, new site furnishings, accessibility improvements, and a new picnic area.
