Fair Campaign Practices Commission

Ensures that monies received or spent in municipal campaigns are fully disclosed in accordance with the Berkeley Elections Reform Act.

Members shall be registered to vote; and shall not hold or seek office, be an officer of a political organization, contribute in any way to Berkeley election campaign; and shall be impartial toward any person who is subject to a commission investigation.

Meetings

Meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of the month, 6:30 pm, Cypress Room, 2180 Milvia Street. Meetings are in person.
