Intersection of Adeline Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Way near the Berkeley-Oakland border
WHAT'S HAPPENING
This project introduces landscaping improvements to beautify and activate the South Adeline area. Based on community input the project will also include a new dog park along the east side of the existing BART structure. Proposed improvements include new planting, new irrigation, a new drinking fountain, fencing, and decorative boulders along Adeline Street.
Construction is now underway and expected to be complete by summer 2026.
