All who identify as father figures are welcome to attend. Sessions will cover topics like:
- Healthy relationships with children and/or partners
- Self-care and stress management
- Local community resources and services
The support group is kid-friendly, so bring them with you! Each meeting will have coffee and refreshments. There will be raffles and branded merch giveaways throughout the program.
The West Berkeley Family Wellness Center is about a 20-minute walk from North Berkeley BART. You can also take AC Transit service 51B to the Sixth Street and University Avenue bus stop. On-site parking is available at the Wellness Center.

The City of Berkeley's Public Health Division manages the Fatherhood Initiative program. The Division also offers no-cost health and wellness services and programs to the community.
Through Public Health, you can access family wellness services, including:
- No-cost vaccinations for your child
- Nutrition support
- Home visiting services
- Medical and dental care, and more.
Our Health, Housing, and Community Services Department also offers mental health services for your child and no-cost or low-cost preschool and afterschool programs to support their development.
