Vehicle Registration Fee (VRF)
The Alameda County Transportation Commission's Vehicle Registration Fee Program (VRF) was approved by voters with Measure F in 2010. The goal of the program is to sustain the County’s transportation network and reduce traffic congestion and vehicle-related pollution.
