DATA SOURCES AND NOTES
Wastewater Level
Wastewater data come from the CDPH Wastewater Surveillance Network Dashboard with the selected sewer shed being Alameda (East Bay) and data source CDPH WastewaterScan. Wastewater Level is calculated by looking at the differences in wastewater concentrations between two 21-day periods.
Vaccination

The number and percent of residents receiving the current vaccination does not include University of California, Berkeley, students unless they received their vaccine in Berkeley.
Hospitalizations and Deaths
Hospitalizations and death data come from California Reportable Disease Information Exchange (CalREDIE). 90 Day Hospitalization Level is calculated by looking at the differences in hospitalization counts between two 90-day periods.
